In this blog i shall compare the benefits of black coffee with that of green tea . While It is hard to compare these two magical drinks because they both offer near to equal benefits.
Lets look at both of them seperately!
Black Coffee

The native origin of coffee bean is thought to have been in euthopia. Coffee offers some great benefits like – prevention against cancer,increased metabolism,rich in antioxidants,improves lever health and memory,helps in weight loss etc. Coffee is drunk by more than half population of world.coffee is high in caffeine so one should keep an eye while having it. Black coffee is getting popular nowadays for weight loss,the best way of weight loss through it is having it before your workout as it boost metabolism and one could burn those extra calories. A person can have about three cups of black coffee during the day.
Green tea

The native origin of green tea is known to have been in china,it is a miraculous drink with so many great benefits like – high antioxidants which detoxifies the body,improves brain function,helps in weight loss etc. Green tea is used for so many years in area of weight loss giving great results as it suppresses appetite and cleans the body of toxins and waste. Green tea is suggested to be consumed at night. One should also add lemon to tea for great taste,more benefits and result. A person can drink around 5 cups of green tea in a day.
In conclusion,while both green tea and black coffee offers great advantages, green tea is suggested over black coffee as it is has more antioxidantal properties which is safe to drink without any fear of caffeine overdose as it can be highly harmful for the body.
